Cancellation Policy

I completely understand that life happens! However, to respect my time and other clients, I require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • No-shows | no contact will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust or reschedule your service, and a fee may apply.
